The Porter

The Porter

The Porter is our flagship beer. The style established Victorian London as the centre of the brewing world. The Porter is also the beer that started us on our journey. Our blend of highly kilned and roasted malts is suited perfectly to our water, producing balanced flavours of rich coffee and dark chocolate. This award-winning Porter represents the true beer style of London. It is one that we are incredibly proud of.

The Pale Ale

The Pale Ale

Pale Ales are the mainstay of today’s craft brewing scene, but they date back to the 1700s, when innovation led to the production of new and paler malts. Our interpretation brings the style bang up to date, pairing a crisp malt base with fresh American hops. Light, bright & fruity, The Pale Ale is our ultimate drinking beer.

The Cream Ale

The Cream Ale

An American style, from the pre-prohibition era, remastered for London today. The Cream Ale, brewed exclusively with Loral hops, delivers floral, herbal and bright citrus aromas. It gets its name and its smooth character from the use of flaked corn and oats. All of this combines to create an easy-drinking, refreshing beer.

The Sour Dry Hop

The Sour Dry Hop

The Sour Dry Hop is the perfect balance of Old and New World brewing. Inspired by the traditional Berliner Weisse, a sour beer once brewed in Berlin and known as the 'Champagne of the North'. Ours is soured by Lactobacillus and dry-hopped with Citra. An unusual style that delivers a tart, citrusy fruitiness.

The IPA

The IPA

India Pale Ales were born in 18th century Britain. The style has since been on a journey of development and diversification. Our IPA is inspired by those from the West Coast of America. Brewed in London with British malt and American hops (Summit, Ekuanot & Enigma), it is dank, resinous and fruit-forward. Store cold and drink fresh.

The Smoked Brown

The Smoked Brown

In the spirit of times when malted barley was kilned over open fires, The Smoked Brown is a modern take on a traditional brown ale. It’s brewed using malt smoked over beechwood in Bamberg, Germany. The subtle smokiness, together with dark-fruit and toffee flavours, makes this complex and intriguing beer a perfect match for food.

The Stout Porter

The Stout Porter

Export-strength Stout Porters were once shipped out of London, all across the world. Eventually, the word porter was dropped and lost, but our Stout Porter lives up to its name. Derived from our flagship beer, it also stays true to the meaning of ‘stout’. It’s stronger, bolder, full-bodied, rich and complex – with roasted-coffee aromas adding a touch of sweetness too.

Malts: Extra Pale Maris Otter, Chocolate, Amber, Black

Hops: Cascade, East Kent Goldings

Yeast: US-05

ABV: 8.5%

EBC: 95

IBU: 27

SKU: Keg, Bottle & Cask
