About: Involved in all aspects of the business with a particular focus on production, working closely with Lead Brewer, Daniel Gambino, and the brewing team.
Paul started home-brewing at university with childhood friend Jack Hobday. Between the home-brewing and starting A&H, Paul has worked for wine shop Petit Canon and was a sales rep for none other than Cave Direct!

About: Driving business strategy in support of Paul and each department with a particular focus on Sales, Marketing & Retail teams. Jack is also the key representative of shareholder interests.
After starting home-brewing with Paul Anspach at university, Jack learnt the trade of running successful venues, being behind the bar at both CASK Pub & Kitchen and Brixton’s Craft Beer Co.

Ollie Scott - Sales & Account Manager (North London)

About: Ollie is a recent addition to the A&H team and with a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw from, he keeps bringing his customers beer they love north of The thames.
A former manager of pubs too, Ollie knows exactly what it’s like to be on the other side of the bar.

Caspar Walsh - Sales & Account Manager (South London)

About: A recognisable and loveable face in London’s craft beer scene, Caspar looks after sales with Ollie and focuses on south of the Thames.
Caspar has worked for a variety of different craft beer outfits, including We Are Beer, Utobeer and Bigfoot Festival.

Daniel Gaminbo - Lead Brewer

About: Oversees the brew team and responsible for pushing our production to the limit. Alongside Paul, Daniel is key in developing our recipes and ensuring our beer is the best it can be.
Daniel met Paul whilst he was working at Twickenham’s Real Ale (now Real Drinks) bottle-shop and started volunteering at the brewery in 2015. And the rest, they say, is history.

Richard Ekins - Production Brewer

About: A key member of the brewing team, Rich is a seasoned brewer with over seven years in the industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
Richard is somewhat of a Stalwart in London’s brewing scene, previously brewing at Three Sods, London Beer Company, Canopy and more.

Johan Gassne - Logistics Manager

About: A Johan of all trades, Johan is integral to the day-to-day running of The Croydon Brewery. Whilst managing the Logistics and the webshop, Johan also lends a helping hand to the production team.
A former pub manager, Johan has managed respected London pubs The Slaughtered Lamb and The Axe.
