How Can I Contact You?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9-5pm. You can reach us on 020 3302 9669 and the best email for Brewery Tour purchases is webshop@anspachandhobday.com. Emails sent outside of these hours will be picked up the following working morning.
How do I Get To The Brewery?
We are located at Unit 11 Valley Point Industrial Estate, Beddington Farm Lane, Croydon, CR0 4WP, a short walk from Therapia Lane Tram Stop.
What Day & Time Do The Tours Start?
Currently, our Brewery Tours are only available on the first Saturday of the month. Our tours start promptly at 12pm, so we ask our guests to arrive no later that 11:45am to the above location. Starting on time means more time to taste our beers in the Tap Room after the tour!
Is There An Age Restriction For Your Tours?
There sure is! We operate a challenge 25 Policy, so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25 please make sure you bring with you a government form of identification
Are Under 18’s Allowed?
As much as we would love to educate the next generation of beer lovers, unfortunately we cannot have babies or young children in the brewery. At the current time, no under 18’s will be admitted access to the Brewery.
Do You Host Private Tours?
Yes we do! We would love to host your private group and we can cater for any occasion! If you have a request for a group or private tour please get in contact with simon@anspachandhobday.com
How Do I Get My Ticket?
Your email receipt is your ticket to your chosen date. Please bring this with you & be ready to show it to our Tour guide!
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
A full refund will be given 48 hours before your chosen tour date. After this time we are unable to provide refunds. Please email webshop@anspachandhobday.com for more information
